Refunds & Cancellations Policy
1. Masterclass Registration Fee
At Excel Bhaiya, our live interactive masterclasses are offered at a nominal fee (e.g., ₹1 INR to ₹21 INR) to cover single-attendee seat reservation, live bandwidth allocation, and administrative delivery costs.
2. Cancellation & Refund Request Eligibility
Refunds and cancellations are subject to the following criteria:
- Duplicate / Multiple Payments: If an attendee is accidentally charged more than once due to a network glitch or gateway timeout, the duplicate transaction amount will be refunded 100% in full without any deduction.
- Post-Session Refunds: Once the live masterclass session has concluded and the course materials/practice sheets have been accessed, refund requests cannot be processed.
- Event Cancellation by Organizer: In the rare circumstance that a live workshop session is cancelled by us due to technical or instructor illness reasons, attendees will be offered an immediate 100% full refund or free priority access to the rescheduled session.
3. Refund Processing Timeline
Timeline: Approved refunds will be initiated within 24 to 48 hours.
Payment Method: Funds will be credited directly back to the original source payment method (UPI, Bank Account, or Card).
Bank Settlement Time: Typically reflects in your account within 5 to 7 business banking days as per standard banking protocol.
